OUR KITCHEN
The menu is guided by the seasons and local produce - not as a statement, but as a natural way of life. Here, nature isn’t a spectacle - it’s a way of moving through the world. Many of the fresh crops used in Nordic kitchens grow in the rich soil along the fjords, making their way from these coastal landscapes into the heart of the kitchen - shaping not only the feel of the menu, but also the quiet references that run through each dish: to the landscape, the sea, the woods, and the fleeting moments we pause to notice them.
